Two Tiers, One Standard
Whether you go with Select or Pro, you’re getting real material and real construction, never a compromise version of the other.
These two glue-down options are held to one standard. Priority Pro and Priority Select share the same 8 colors and the same commitment to quality. The difference depends on the durability your project calls for. Both are held to the same bar as every other Deacon line.

Whether you go with Select or Pro, you’re getting real material and real construction, never a compromise version of the other.
Both lines install as a glue-down floor. You get a secure, long-term bond made for high-traffic and commercial applications.
Choose your look and then choose the performance level that fits your project.
Priority Pro has a thicker core and wear layer made for heavier use. On the other hand, Priority Select provides the same look for lighter-duty applications.
Rather than reselling someone else’s, we design our own LVP flooring. That means we hold Priority Pro and Priority Select to the same standard as every other Deacon collection.
Floors have real materials and real durability without cutting to hit a price point.
The distinct look doesn’t read as generic flooring and is backed by a producer that’s easy to work with and quick to make things right.
We design flooring that performs the way we say it does without overselling or fine print.
When a dealer or contractor has a question about which tier fits their project, they get a real answer, fast.
It’s the reason we hold every plank to the same standard, not a headline we lead with.
Unlike their counterparts, Priority Pro and Priority Select install as glue-down flooring. This creates a permanent, secure bond to the subfloor. The subfloor must be flat, clean, dry, and structurally sound. The planks also need at least 48 hours to acclimate (adjust to the room’s temperature and humidity). Adhesive is applied using a trowel, and planks are set into place and rolled for a full, even bond. Because they are permanently bonded, they don’t usually require the perimeter expansion gap that click-and-lock products do.
Priority Pro carries a 25-year residential and 10-year light commercial wear warranty. Priority Select carries a 10-year residential and 3-year light commercial wear warranty. Both cover manufacturing defects like delamination. Problems caused by improper installation aren’t covered.

Priority Pro has a thicker 3mm core and a 20-mil wear layer built for heavier, higher-traffic applications. Priority Select has a 2mm core and 6-mil wear layer suited to lighter-duty spaces.
Glue-down installation provides a permanent, secure bond to the subfloor, which makes it ideal for commercial spaces, high-traffic areas and applications where a floating floor isn’t the right call.
Think about the amount of traffic and wear the space will experience. Priority Pro is designed to be durable in demanding spaces. Priority Select offers the same look for lighter use. Your dealer can help you decide based on the specifics of your project.
