Frequently Asked Questions

A true distributor sells someone else’s product. That’s not what we do. We make our own flooring. Our team designs and manufactures every plank, every core and every finish. That's why when we say a floor is built right, we mean it from the ground up.. It’s also the reason we compare ourselves to the largest producers in the category rather than regional resellers.

Use our dealer locator to find a Deacon dealer near you. When you arrive, you can see and feel our collections in person, ask questions and get pricing and installation details specific to your area.

Here’s a quick overview of our product lines:

Essentials: It’s a luxury vinyl plank (LVP) product that’s a step up in performance and style. It’s built with a 5mm core and 20-mil wear layer for real, heavy-traffic homes.

Sora: The clean, modern styling with a pillow bevel and aluminum oxide surface layer makes this LVP stand out.

Cypress Grove: Check out this waterproof laminate flooring that offers the warmth of real wood and a 36-hour water-resistant core.

Belvera: Our WPC (wood polymer composite) collection is more comfortable to walk on than traditional LVP while maintaining its waterproof nature.

Priority Pro & Priority Select: Choose from two glue-down LVP options in the same 8 colors. Each is built for different durability needs. Pro is built for heavier use and Select makes more sense for lighter-duty applications.

We hold every line to the same standard whether it’s our first tier or our newest.

We do, but it depends on the collection. Essentials, Sora, Priority Pro and Priority Select are collections of synthetic luxury vinyl plank (LVP) that are waterproof by design. Belvera is part of our WPC collection and is waterproof while feeling softer underfoot than standard LVP. Cypress Grove is a waterproof laminate flooring collection built with a 36-hour water-resistant core instead of being fully waterproof like LVP. Your dealer will work with you to help you find the right option for moisture-prone areas.

Start by thinking about your space and how you use it. High-traffic rooms and moisture-prone areas can also impact what makes sense for you between our LVP and laminate collections. A Deacon dealer will walk you through your options and help you find the right fit.

We stand behind all of our products and each one has a manufacturer’s warranty. Ask your dealer for more details about the collection you’re considering.

Every tier of flooring material is built to the same standard. You always get real materials, real durability and nothing cut to hit a price point. You can. Your local Deacon dealer can show you samples in a showroom or in the comfort of your home so you can get to know how a collection looks and feels before coming to a decision. Use our dealer locator to find one near you.

Deacon Floors manufactures flooring. We don’t install it directly. Your local dealer or installation partners will walk you through timelines, prep and what to expect on installation day.

We make our own flooring rather than reselling someone else’s. We hold every tier to the same standard from Essentials to our newest line. That’s quality with character. You get floors with a distinct look backed by a producer that’s easy to work with and quick to make things right. We’re also family-owned, which is why we operate the way we do.
