Waterproof Core
Each floor is designed to handle spills, humidity and daily moisture without buckling or losing integrity.
Belvera is exactly what WPC flooring has needed all along. The waterproof wood polymer composite core is a softer step than rigid-core vinyl. Meanwhile, this flooring is kept safe by a tough wear layer. Belvera is held to the same standard as every other Deacon line.

The WPC core lets Belvera have more give. It’s also quieter underfoot than standard rigid-core flooring.
The micro-pressed edge and design layer provide Belvera with real texture so it doesn’t read as a printed sheet trying to pass as a plank.

When a dealer or homeowner has a question about how Belvera will hold up in their space, they get a real answer, fast.
It’s the reason we hold every plank to the same standard, not a headline we lead with.
Belvera products install using a Unilin angle-angle locking system that allows planks to lock together without glue, nails or staples. Planks need at least 48 hours to acclimate (adjust to the temperature and humidity of the room) before installation. The subfloor has to be flat, clean and dry as well. Belvera is designed for interior, climate-controlled spaces. It isn’t recommended over soft subfloors like carpet or in areas prone to flooding.

Yes, all Belvera products have a waterproof WPC core. That makes it a great fit for kitchens, bathrooms and other moisture-prone rooms.
Belvera uses a WPC (wood polymer composite) core. Meanwhile, Essentials and Sora are built with SPC (stone polymer composite). WPC exchanges density for a softer, quieter feel underfoot. Essentials and Sora put maximum density and durability first. All three are waterproof and held to the same Deacon standard, but the right choice depends on the room.
